Avidicare launches new Opragon In a Box, especially developed for small surgery rooms
Opragon In a Box is an all-in-one healthcare ventilation system that creates an ultra-clean zone for infection sensitive surgery. This pioneering product is equipped with the TcAF (Temperature-controlled Air Flow) technology, to ensure a safe and ultra-clean envelope around the critical operating area.
Opragon In a Box protects both patient and staff with HEPA filtrated air released with gravity, to avoid mixed air in a random pattern. The device contains air inlets, fans, cooling coil and HEPA- filters that remove more than 99.97% of particles, bacteria and viruses from the air.
The product is intended for horizontal permanent mounting in the ceiling of small to medium size operating rooms for advanced infection-sensitive surgery such as oral, eye and plastic operations. It is also suitable for preparation rooms and labs and a possible add-on to upgrade existing operating rooms, even larger ones, that have limitations on amount of air that can be supplied or where space is severely limited.
