Chairman of the Board
Erik has been active in the life science sector since 1991. He has been serving as Vice President for CPR Products, which is part of Physio-Control Inc., since 2011. He previously served as CEO of Jolife AB for six years. Erik has also served as CEO of Jostra AB and was responsible for the company's integration after being acquired by Getinge. Erik has held a number of senior positions at Gambro AB. Erik is also a board member of the medtech companies Xvivo AB, SensoDetect AB and Captera Medtech AB.
Stefan Olofsson, born 1968
Stefan works as an investment manager at SEB Venture Capital in Malmö with both Danish and Swedish companies. Stefan has held various positions within the SEB Group since 1987. Before beginning at SEB Venture Capital in 2001, he worked as Corporate Account Manager at SEB.
Yilmaz Mahshid, born 1979

Tommy Hedberg, born 1955
Tommy is Vice Chairman of Atos Medical, a company where he worked as VP of Marketing and Sales from 1990 and as CEO 1998-2014. He has extensive experience in international marketing and sales, clinical development, and product development in pharmaceuticals and medical technology.
Tommy is also board chairman of Lindhe Xtend AB and board member of Chordate Medical AB and Revent Medical Inc.
Anna Gustafsson, born 1973
Anna began working at SEB Venture Capital in 2006. She previously worked as International Sales and Business Development Manager with responsibility for the North American market for Invest in Sweden Agency, where she specialized in life science. Anna received her PhD in molecular biology from the Royal Institute of Technology and has published eleven articles in peer-reviewed international scientific journals. She has also held a CNS-related position at Astra Zeneca, which gave her a M.S. in molecular biology from Stockholm University, Karolinska Institutet and Imperial College.
Hedvig Andersén, born 1958
Investment Manager (life science) at Industrifonden since 1999. Hedvig has also worked as Head of Strategic Development and Marketing at Sidec AB and as Venture Manager at InnovationsMäklarna. She has run her own business in Switzerland and has lived abroad for over 20 years. She has represented Industrifonden in the board of over ten companies and is chairman in RxEye.
Lars Ingvarsson, born 1952
In the 1980s, Lars helped to found Nolato Medical. This led to him founding his own company, HaeMedic AB, in 1994. When HaeMedic was sold in 2007, Sifonen AB was started. Its subsidiary Klittersand, which focuses on local investments, is part owner of Avidicare AB.
